The first thing that I chose was a book and for the propose that the work is being used for as private study, research. When doing private study or research you can only copy ten percent or a full chapter from a book. If you plan on publishing your research, you don't have to include the copy of the sections of the book that you used. The second situation that I picked was when your dealing with a art piece, like a painting or maybe a picture, or even music, the work is from a copy right protected work. The case that I used was in the case of a commercial, or entertainment or public distribution. You can generally not use the copyright protected work if it is, not for the purpose of research, education, news reporting, etc.. If it is intended to be used for commercial activity, or used to make profit you can not use it. If you wanted to use music for a non-educational purpose you would have to obtain a licence to use it. ...
